stress free during this holiday season, take a break from your busy schedule to
spend some time with yourself. The emphasis of the season is on giving, but we
need to give to ourselves too.

a gift for yourself – something you’ve had your eye on that no one else knows

yourself a bouquet of flowers

a movie night with your best friend or significant other where you eat your
favorite movie snacks
