Remembering to Treat Yourself



To remain stress free during this holiday season, take a break from your busy schedule to spend some time with yourself. The emphasis of the season is on giving, but we need to give to ourselves too.

Try these activities for some rest and relaxation, and most importantly, a wonderful treat for yourself:

·         Dedicate 1 day of the week to take a bath, either with salts, bubbles, or essential oils
·         Treat yourself to a manicure or pedicure
·         Get a massage or energy healing session
·         Buy a gift for yourself – something you’ve had your eye on that no one else knows about
·         Take 15 minutes every day to meditate
·         Buy yourself a bouquet of flowers

·         Have a movie night with your best friend or significant other where you eat your favorite movie snacks
